With a Medical Degree (M.D.) from Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) in Tanzania and a Ph.D. in Medical Sciences with a focus on Infectious Diseases and Immunity from Kumamoto University in Japan, Dr. Judicate brings a wealth of knowledge and technical expertise to the table. His extensive experience encompasses clinical work, laboratory work, and clinical trials, making him well-equipped to tackle complex healthcare challenges.

Adella Rwilomba is an experienced sales and marketing professional in the healthcare industry with nearly a decade of experience. With a Bachelor of Mass Communications (Public Relations & Marketing) from St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT), she has worked with pharmaceutical, medical, laboratory, and surgical supply companies to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
Adella has a deep understanding of the Tanzanian healthcare market, which has been honed through her successful management of various sales and marketing projects, including the introduction and marketing of new products, client acquisition projects, market surveys, and business planning for new products and investments. He holds a Medical Degree (M.D) from Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (MUHAS) in Tanzania and an MSc. in International Health from the Ruprecht Karl University of Heidelberg in Germany.
Dr. Dismas has received additional training in Advanced Statistical Methods in Epidemiology from Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin and Effective HIV and SRHR Responses from KIT Royal Tropical Institute in Amsterdam, adding to his expertise in public health. He has been involved in various national and international platforms, including the development of the Tanzania national RMNCAH strategic plan and several national guidelines in Tanzania, serving as a consultant with the World Health Organization (WHO) for the Global Polio Eradication Initiative and responding to Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPDs) threats and outbreaks.

Adv. Arnold Teemba is a highly experienced legal professional with nearly two decades of active legal practice in East Africa. He holds the Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LLB(Hons)) from the renowned University of Dar es Salaam in Tanzania, and an MSc. in International Trade Policy and Trade Law from Lund University in Sweden. Arnold is well-versed in commercial contracts, establishment of all forms of business associations, and complex aspects of trade and investment law, as well as possessing vast knowledge and experience in Tanzanian tax laws.
As a practicing advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, Arnold is a valuable asset to the team.
